Vinyl, wood, steel (no pipe or wire fencing). Property line fencing must be consistent and maintain a three rail hight standard along property line.
What type of home design can be built
Rustic Mountain homes, Modern Farm house, Modern Country. All plans are subject to the ARC (architectural review committee) for approval.

Does Walnut Creek Meadows have their own contractor
Yes, Walnut Creek Const. is the primary builder for W.C.M. But we do welcome “owner builders”. Certain restrictions apply.
Can we use our own builder
Yes, as an “Owner Builder”. Certain restrictions apply.
Can we use any contractor
Any outside Contractors must be approved by the ARC.
Can we build a guest house
Yes, subject to ARC approval.
Can we build an RV garage
Yes, subject to ARC approval.
Can we have horses
Yes, on select lots only. Subject to the CCR’s.
